Galleria Rossella Colombari, based in Milan, is an internationally renown design gallery. For over 40 years of experience, Rossella Colombari has promoted the importance of Italian twentieth-century design and she was among the first to discover and research the work of the architect Carlo Mollino, then unknown.
Studio Vedèt designed a visual essay celebrating the 40th anniversary of the gallery.

The book is a singular object that somehow tried to represent the histrionic and exuberant personality of the gallerist who confronted us with the flooding river of her memories, personal and professional anecdotes, stories of life, and collecting accompanied by visual material in very different directions.
The aesthetic strength of the result is also due to the openness of the client who accepted an unusual and daring narrative approach. The book is a kind of visual stream of consciousness alternating with biographical notes by the gallerist between family photos and the work of many design icons such as Carlo Mollino, Gio Ponti, Piero Fornasetti and many others.
